Estimation is an important part of the project mana gement which influences the success of project. Inaccurate and unreliable estimation can result into failure of pr oject. As we know that software effort estimation is not an easy task for software developer, while any project starts softwa re developer try to know how much effort are needed to complete the project. Before effort estimation first of all determine the size and complexity of software proje ct. Complexity of software project is directly proportio nal to project cost and schedule.
