The partial agreement of december 2006 was adopted by the workshop in the understanding that it will be augmented with additional agreements on ontological formalization, citation and reference, time and versioning, and components and component inclusion. This document proposes additional agreements (taking into account proposals from [Palmirani et al., 2007]), and clarifies terminology.
