An Approximation Problems on L 2 (R) by Wavelet Neural Network

Suppose that σ is a sigmoidal function, Li Xin showed that a linear combination of dilates and translates of generates a near tight wavelet frame for L2(R). This paper extend Li Xin ’ s result and firstly generalize the definite field Iπ to Rn, secondly show the approximate problem on a compact set of L2(R).
