Characterization of Class of Measurable

In this paper we introduce the concept of measurable Borel lattices, σ - lattice and δ lattice. We prove that class of Borel lattices is measurable and first valuation theorem, second valuation theorem. Also we prove that σ L , δ L lattices are Borel lattices.
