Hybrid Television allows the provision of new services for the user by adding other media and applications to the traditional audiovisual content, that can be experienced in the main TV set or in a Companion Screen. This paper describes some applications of Hybrid Television illustrating the concept of Augmented Reality in Broadcasting environments or Augmented Broadcasting. The applications were executed in a real testbed. Standards in force have been used in order to ensure synchronization and repeatability. The testbed has the particularity that is an HbbTV 2.0 system (originally designed to work with DVB systems), running with ISDB-Tb broadcasting.
