A study on the music co-creation event based on activity theory - with an example of wedding cultural industry

Yu-An Chen, Lai-Chung Lee, Chi-Hao Lung · 2017

This study reports on the development of a user-survey instrument for Sound for Love, an app-supported wedding activity aimed at encouraging between-guest interaction through musical co-creation. Taking activity theory as its conceptual framework, the developed survey takes into account Sound for Love users' motivations, experience value, satisfaction, and behavioral intentions. As well as its practical value to the wedding industry, this work extends the application of activity theory into a new field.
