Infographics: tools for designing, visualizing data and storytelling in libraries

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to discuss the potential of infographics, its application in libraries, various tools and the steps to create infographics. Design/methodology/approach The paper is based on a literature review. Findings An infographic design framework is proposed. Originality/value The paper makes first observation toward the concept of infographics with a slant toward library practices.
