Study on medical image segmentation methods of humerus

Currently, many people suffer from osteoporosis. Judgment of osteoporosis is usually measured using a machine such as a bone densitometer. We propose a method of grading the degree of osteoporosis in bone using images. Using a regional growth model (humeral stem) based on statistical ideas, a dynamic contour model based on segmentation (humeral head) and Otsu Law to image segmentation, processing, analysis, and then assist the doctor to choose the appropriate way to treatment. This method is based on the analysis of pixel points of medical DR images. The experimental results are valuable and more in line with modern society for medical requirements.
