GXB: A tool for expression analysis and data integration

We present a web-based tool, designed to facilitate the integration and exploration of gene expression data and associated systems level experiments. The Gene Expression Browser (GXB) provides a detailed evaluation of expression levels from both microarray and RNA-seq based transcriptome experiments, supporting the calculation and interactive display of differentially expressed gene lists, while also integrating results from immune-monitoring experiments, clinical, demographic, and other laboratory data. In addition, the application contains communication tools that facilitate the sharing of ideas and discoveries between investigators.
