The evaluation design plan is reported in detail together with the nature and findings of a lexical/syntactical quality assessment, a system and production cost analysis assessment and a cost-to-quality benefits assessment. In addition, a detailed design is provided for a Production Analysis, Control, and Evaluation (PACE) subsystem intended to assist in efficient, effective translation production management. (Author)
