IMPACTS OF POWER CONTROL ON CELLULAR WIRELESS SYSTEMS

Samsam Izadpanah · Journal of Fundamental and Applied Sciences · 2016

The purpose of this research paper is to examine how power control can impact the capacity and perceived quality in intercellular communication systems and how algorithms contribute to the ant-interference nature of the power controls. The paper will present a number of published algorithm reviews that are used for power control in cellular systems. Apart of this research will focus on CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access Systems) and their interrelation to the operation of cellular systems. The study will also provide an overview of the distribution of power control in networking systems and provide a published review that focuses on optimal power control in communication systems. The Quality of Service (QoS) in relation to bandwidth reservation will be presented as an outstanding issue in the control of power in cellular communication systems. Algorithms that support QoS services will be provided in the literature founded majorly on the capacity, energy and time required for the flow of data in digital networks across cellular communication systems. Additionally, the paper will examine the QoS as a principle behind the increasing demand for cellular networks across the globe. The Frequency Division Multiple Access (FDMA) and the Time Division Multiple Access will also be featured in some part of the reviewed literature. The algorithm operations are illustrated as simulations and an extension of issues such as capacity, stability and load are examined in order to show their relativity to the requirements of all users.
