The fee rate of labour insurance was normally estimated by the type of each industries. However, the safe level was different even in the same industry at another enterprises. The new method for quantitatively calculating the risk for each production line was proposed for that porpose. This method evaluated the risk by considering the accident occurrence probability, the severity, the frequency coefficient, the effectiveness of safe measure, etc...
