Nanocircuits for the cryptographic modules

The possibility of introducing non-emitting nanoscales on the basis of quantum cellularautomata has been investigated. It practically neutralizes electromagnetic attacks. The method ofprotection from external interferences and observations of electromagnetic radiation (attacks) isproposed in the work.
