It is important to stabilize the quality of the service that includes a lot of human element. In order to stabilize the quality of the service, it is important to grasp and evaluate the behavior of the human element in the design phase of services. However, it is generally difficult to strictly formulate the interactions of humans and goods which are part of service components. On the other hand, an abstract model is appropriate to grasp and evaluate the behaviors of the human elements in the design phase of service because it is generally difficult to strictly formulate the interactions among humans. This paper, therefore, proposes a modeling method to represent the interactions among service components based on Qualitative Information.
