David R. Duncan and Bonnie H. Litwiller are Associate Professors of Mathematics at the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls. Professor Duncan received his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, and Professor Litwiller received her Ph.D. from Indiana University. They have published many articles of interest to mathematics teachers in various journals, and have co-directed an NSF Summer Mathematics Institute.
