With the constant increase of multimedia internet penetration as well as rapid spread and sharing of various information, people pay more and more attention to the information related to daily power utilization. In order to realize the interaction between power companies and power utilization information of users, the power companies apply and register their public accounts to establish their own public platform. It is the fundamental aim to construct the interactive service software to safely transmit information. This paper studies the construction of interactive service software based on the internet security to ensure the security and reliability of platform, which has a great research significance. The socialist modernization drive unceasingly progresses, people's living standard is continuously improved, and the requirements for the quality of social services reach a new height. People pay more and more attention to daily power utilization information due to the rapid development of communication, constant increase of multimedia internet penetration, as well as rapid spread and sharing of various information.
