This paper provides the usability evaluation for operating an automatic vending machine using an OBSERVANT EYE software and a computer mannequin. OBSERVANT EYE software can record the user's action and observer's subjective evaluations. The computer mannequin is the system for generating 3D environment or virtual world and analyzing the human factors. The evaluation of the physical load for the wheelchair user is clarified by several computer simulations.
