This chapter first gives you an overview of the Window object. Next, it describes in detail the data types that JavaScript provides. Then, demo programs will show you how to display data to the user in a dialog box, debug your web page in the console of a web browser, and take input from the user via a dialog box. The final section of the chapter presents a list of reserved words of the JS language.
