Growing complexities of modern technical systems and their decentralized nature lead to the necessity to apply the new identification technologies of real system structures. The estimation of the structure is one of the most difficult phases in the identification process of complex systems. The main problems in structural analysis are especially the inhomogeneity, inconsistency, decentralization, and a wide base of the data from which we are going out at the identification process. If we try to analyze the structures in real systems, we must consider dynamic aspects and the static nature of the systems as well. The main goal of this contribution is to propose an optimal data representation for structural identification of static properties of complex systems, using modern technologies of data mining.
