In English or European languages, all of the syllables are formed by combining the alphabets that represent only consonants and vowels. Myanmar language is an analytic language but it includes special character like medial, superscript or killer and so on. It uses compound syllables that make more difficult to analyze. As a result, this system tends to analyze Myanmar sentences with grammatical rules. The concepts of Myanmar language (Myanmar grammatical rules) are built by using ontology. Here, XML is applied for building Ontology and SQL Server is used for storing and retrieving data. This system is implemented by using ASP.Net Web application.
