Development of Special Application Low-Power Transistor Logic

This report describes two types of low-power integrated circuits developed by two suppliers for use in a Sandia Corporation satellite program. Sufficient detail is provided to give the reader a complete electrical and mechanical description plus pertinent reliability and performance information that would be helpful in considering the use of these circuits in new applications.
