Web Services and Semantic Web for Adaptive Systems

In this paper we describe the modalities through which an Adaptive System can provide adaptive services using the support of Semantic Web Service technologies. This is the first stage of a project for creating a Semantic Adaptive Web Service that automatically provides both useradapted services and user models knowledge. In this paper we focus on the enrichment of the service discovery phase through the addition of semantic information.
