Study how to ensure the safety of the archives preservation and transmission is a matter of individual, collective and even the national development and security event. In order to improve the digital archives security, digital watermarking technology is introduced to the digital archives management process, can effectively enhance the protective function of the digital archives is the future development direction of the digital archives information security protection.
