Use of informational technologies for developing project concepts and geophysical research programs

Summary This article addresses such subjects as improvement of development instruments through projects coming from geophysical and research organizations, creation of their competitive position taken the fast-paced business environment and European integration perspectives. Engagement of scientific potential, as well as use of project management tools will enable a quality rollout of geophysical projects and create conceptually new development strategies for geophysical organizations, known as “blue oceans”.
