This paper explores how behavioural infrastructure influences employees' security compliance. The concept of servicescape and internal social marketing was employed to establish a 5-dimension infrastructure for information security. Organisations have found that it is essential to motivate system users to comply with IS measures and policies on a regular basis. The outcome of the research will facilitate the establishment of organisational environments, security programs and motivate people to increase self-regulated IT security compliance from employees.
