Effect of TCP Reno Without Maximum Congestion Window in Ring NoC

This paper shows the behavior of TCP Reno with two packet drops without maximum congestion window for increase the reliability of network on chip (NoC).We simulate Ring NoC architecture with Network Simulator 2 (NS2). The simulation results reveal the applicability of TCP Reno protocol in Congestion Control in proposed architecture.
