Implementation projects of new technologies should understand the immediate impact that this change causes on professionals involved in relation to the work process.In the first months of technological change is possible to identify a certain resistance and even some conflicts affecting the satisfaction and productivitys levels in teams.In this sense, the aim of this paper is to present a conceptual model of how the Scrum adoption relates to productivity of software development teams.
