Method of generalized quality index calculation in mobile networks

In the paper is discussed the basic quality of the mobile data network Quality of Service (QoS), among which the most frequently used data rate, packet delay in deviation from the mean delay in the transmission of packet loss rate and packet distortion. Considered the operational level of quality assessment data services, and proposed to characterize the quality of integral quality index KQI. The possibilities of dynamic reconfiguration of the network in the event of an unexpected decline KQI using technology SDN / NFV.
