Analysis of DILRMP Project

Over the last decade, the management of large scale digital transformation projects in Government and Public Sector entities has become much more complex and challenging with increasing pressure on governments to meet exceeded citizen expectations. On one side, there are traditional challenges such as diverse stakeholder management, change management, grass root level implementation along with longer implementation lifecycle, while on the other side, these projects are also expected to help achieve effective and accountable governance ensuring speedy implementation with acceptable quality standards. An effective and efficient project management plays a key role in helping achieve the objectives of the project. This paper discusses and analyses the need for an agile project management framework which changes as per the needs of the project, especially for large scale digital transformation projects in Government and Public sector.
