A video surveillance system methods at public zone

With the use of an extensive number Closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems at public areas like streets, airports, holy sites and etc., with the various aims such as recognize illegal/suspicious activities in this paper we consider methods such that presented in this decade with high performance comparing with other existed methods or algorithms. This paper describes also the current state of research on video surveillance systems and their applications and last method to human detection, human tracking, and human recognition and compares their results with previous methods at the crowded scene and conclude from their performance.
