Electronic learning (e-Learning) is the exploit of electronic devices, mobile devices (such as mobile phones, laptops), communication devices and computer, in some way to present training, just-in-time-information, guidance from professionals, and educational or learning material between learners (Teacher and Student) and administration maintenance. Nowadays education applications become more attractive because researchers can access at anytime and anywhere with low cost and high quality of service. e-Learning systems regularly require many software and hardware resources to electronically convey knowledge, information and skills. Today's several education organizations/institutions do not have the assets and infrastructure needed to run top e-Learning solutions and for this cloud is the best solution. This proposed work presents the development of a Wi-Fi Central Server (CS) integrated with cloud for Collaborative e-Learning as a Service System (e-LaaS). Wi-Fi can be deployed in Institutions and Universities. In this system information is collected and sent to the cloud. Various end users such as Faculty, Students, researcher's scholars, or even Governing Bodies themselves can access or retrieve their information from the Cloud. This System architecture provides cost efficient model for Institutions. This System architecture can provide on-demand (anytime and anywhere) data-centers, it is also known as IaaS-Infrastructure as a Service provide CPU, storage, memory and compute power, usually priced per hour according to resource utilization.
