Reliability of multicomputer system depends heavily upon the operational configuration of its interconnection network. As the folded hypercube shows potential for critical applications, the prediction of its reliability has become quite essential. This paper is devoted towards the reliability evaluation of folded hypercube interconnection network. The model is based on the principle of decomposition. Here we present the analytical model for the reliability evaluation of folded hypercube interconnection system and is more computationally efficient than the existing Hypercube Variants.
