This paper exhibits high definition picture era in single picture super resolution technique for enhancing the resolution of natural pictures. High definition picture plays a crucial role in recognition and recognizable proof of components in a wide range of pictures where high definition capture of picture is troublesome but essential. This article addresses high definition picture development by cooperative interpolation and denoising computations in wavelet space. N-Neighbor Adaptive Bilinear Interpolation is proposed for resolution improvement of single low resolution image. It is an adaptive interpolation calculation utilizing 7 to 16 of neighbor pixels for estimation of interpolated pixel esteem in light of euclidian separation of interpolated pixel with encompassing four surrounding pixels. The examination measurements in spatial and wavelet space reveal the significance of proposed interpolation calculation over existing techniques in literature. The up sampled picture of interpolation is remedied utilizing wavelet hard thresholding for good psycho visual impact. The threshold for denoising is ascertained in view of absolute asymmetry in interpolated picture. The acquired results are competent to the outcomes in single picture super resolution alongside better visual appearance.
