Intelligent Fault Diagnostic System for Power Networks

A multi-level representation is employed to explain the inclusion neural networks in the various artificial intelligence systems. The various applications, benefits and disadvantages of using such networks in the intelligence systems are also discussed by the author. He shows that the networks lead to an enhancement of the speed, accuracy and use of expert knowledge in the system.
