Expansion effect of afferent flows and functional state changing mechanisms of the organism

Shows the fact of the productive dynamics of motivational states in actions aimed type of relaxation. for directed relaxation characterized by decreasing psycho-emotional tension and improvement of sensomotor reactions. Our results show that for all these relaxation techniques are characterized by developing relationship with the effects of the initial state of the organism. The study of our psycho-physiological stimulation with polymodal depot afferent streams (audio and video), to a certain extent confirms their higher efficiency in comparison with mono sensor effects.
