This paper is the study about multiple interference phenomena due to unbalanced terrain on the effect of the ILS signal when selecting the installation location. Multi-interference by the obstacles or terrain is disproportionate impact on the ILS signal. Modeling method for the environmental factors which affect the potential interference caused by setting of the antennas, obstacles, terrain is analyzed the basic information about the investigation. Existing analysis of 2D obstacle modeling simulation technique is relatively accurate, but the scattering properties due to the reflection characteristics and a complex variety becomes part did not detail reflected in the terms of the obstacles that have limited the accuracy of the analysis results. We propose a 3D obstacle model analysis techniques to identify the multiple interference phenomena as interference detection and characterization analysis on the effect of the ILS signal by the unbalanced terrain.
