Design of the Exciter of Weather Fax Chart and NAVTEX Message

A design of the exciter of weather fax chart and NAVTEX is described in this paper, which has the advantages of miniaturization, low power consumption, high reliability. The exciter is made up of hardware equipment and PC client. The hardware principle and the working process of PC client are listed respectively. Finally, a receiving and launching experiment is used to verify the validity of the exciter's function; moreover, the power and volume of the exciter are given to support its advantage.
