In the fast growing technological era, the computer science plays a major role in changing the life style of an individual as a learner in the teaching-learning environment. To provide more flexibility to the learner, more influential system are demanded that promotes collaborative learning environment in which every learner is continuously evaluated in such a way that the objective of overall improvement in the learning is achieved. To offer such learner centric methodology, one need to have an architecture that proposes, designs, develops and experiments that behave like an intelligent learning agent. Providing intelligence and adaptive learning environment to an agent is not to simulate the teaching learning environment rather this is used to continuously measure and evaluate the learner in the system in such a way that it generates the personalized content, proposes the courses, evaluates the learner as per the competency skill, and keeps track of behavior of the learner in the system and adjoins the leaner skill report with their profile. This profiling helps the tutor also in identifying the overall behavior of each learner in the system, proposes the learner behavior indicating the overall progress and overall competency scale of the learners in same cluster and based on the this system generates the evaluation pattern for the cluster for learners. In this paper we propose an adaptive multi agent architecture and working of it in virtual collaborative learning environment.
