Cloud computing environment enables the cloud users to execute their applications in remote data centers. Cloud computing is a new method for providing dynamic resource of computing services maintained by data centers. Current method is to implement the cloud computing for complicated applications and refined in remote data centers are supported on parallel processing capability. The method of parallel job scheduling is mainly based on information processed by cloud center in specified period of time. But at the same time it not only maximize the communication cost but also results in improper utilization of nodes in data center with poor responses to parallel workload with many data center in cloud. The study helps to increase the node utilization and respond to parallel job in multiple cloud centers. Therefore, the parallel job scheduling is significantly decreasing the scheduling time and memory rate in the cloud.
