Reliability is the one of the major challenge faced by Wireless Sensor Networks. A packet or a message will be send by a sensor node to a sink node; packet will be passed through number of intermediate nodes. A message should not be successfully delivered to the sink node if the intermediate nodes are in dead state. Modeling reliability based on the energy factor and time delay factor of a node and it is also analyzed. By considering energy factor and time delay factor of each intermediate node route will be constructed from a sender node to the destination node. The proposed reliability model not only determines the available route but also decide the most reliable route from source to destination without affecting the network performance.
