k-Nearest neighbor queries in wireless broadcast environments

Wireless data broadcast is an efficient strategy for disseminating various data to clients in road networks. An attempt has been made in the presence work for improving query performance using Network Coding-based Spatial Air Index (NCSAI) with Hybrid broadcast (HB) scheduling. Experiments have been conducted for evaluating performance and compared NCSAI with state-of-the-art Network Partition Index (NPI). The experimental results show that performance of NCSAI better then state-of-the-art NPI.
