In this paper, the objective evaluation of the performance of multi-sensor cooperative detection is studied. A new method to evaluate the performance of multi-sensor cooperative detection is proposed based on the object's geometric shape. The method utilizes the property that extend fractal characteristic of target is sensitive to the size and contrast of the target, searching for the fractal characteristics of the target from the fractal characteristics of the target shape measure, so as to evaluate the performance of cooperative detection. This method can give an objective and quantitative evaluation result under the condition of lack of ground truth record. The simulation experiment is carried out using the actual measured data. The experimental results prove the efficacy of the method.
