An algorithm for constructing Equiangular vectors

In this paper a generalization of the Gram-Schmidt Algorithm is presented. Actually we provide an algorithm to construct a set of equiangular vectors with the prescribed angle {\theta} between zero and {\pi/2} using a set of independent vectors in R^n. Then a new type of matrix decomposition is derived.
