Advancement in computing technologies and increasing demand of computing resources (such as network, storage, servers, applications etc.) has made cloud computing as main computing basis for small or large IT enterprises. The enterprises which are not able to establish their own infrastructure and resources are taking help of different (Infrastructure as a Service) IaaS service providers on basis of on demand and pay as per usage. Today, large number of service providers are available in market each one having own policy which makes it difficult to select best cloud service provider according to their respective demands. Cloud broker keeps information about various service providers along with their services and offers suitable services based on knowledge of cloud infrastructure and applications. Different service broker techniques are present which offers selection of data centers considering processing time, virtual machine cost, and response time by data center and various other parameters like storage cost, quality of service. This paper, presents a cloud broker based approach for cloud Analyst which selects the service providers based on quality of services considering minimum response time and cost. We experimented using Cloud-Analyst simulator to analyze cloud environment and applications.
