EDF File Preprocessing and the Query Interface PSGQuery ZENDRIX NGThe PSGQuery project includes three main components: The EDFEditor, which was developed for standardizing and de-identifying EDF files; the EDF file preprocessing algorithm that was developed in order to split EDF file data into meaningful chunks; and the PSGQuery web query interface that was developed with an efficient database backend in mind with a user-friendly query interface.The components were each developed separately in different project groups with different development methodologies like Agile.Evaluation through different means for each component has found the system has a whole to be efficient in both time and performance.
