Francesco Amigoni, Viola Schiaffonati · 2005
Abstract – The application of artificial intelligence tools to cultural heritage is acquiring an increasing importance, promoting new technological solutions for museums and art exhibitions. We present a system, called Minerva, able to automatically organize virtual museums, given the set of works of art and the environments in which they must be displayed. We discuss an experimental implementation of Minerva that arranges a part of the archeological finds belonging to the collection of the Archeological Museum of Milan. 1.
