VDC embedding scheme based on Virtual Nodes Combination in Software Defined Data Center

As the rapid growth of computing demand in cloud computing, the virtualization of data center network is more and more deployed. The data center is reconstructed to Software Defined Data Center with the technical of Software defined network. The services of data center are formed into Virtual Data Center, which is based on the virtual resource collection of the physical network section. So the VDC embedding problems is important. In order to minimal the cost and maximal the revenue of the resources of the data center, a VDC embedding scheme is proposed based on the Virtual Nodes Combination (VNC) method. The VNC combines the virtual nodes that connected by high bandwidth requirement, rebuilds the topology of the VDC request, and make the topology of VDC request smaller and removes the virtual links that has high bandwidth requirement. The simulation results show that the VNC embedding scheme has the better acceptance ratio and the value of Revenue/Cost.
