Creation of the telecommunication networks for special purpose by a rational usage of the consolidation

Packet technologies are often seen as the only possibility for upgrading the public and special purpose telecommunication systems. And shortcomings of packet switching networks rarely sway specialists accustomed to follow foreign experience without critical analysis. Special purpose telecommunication systems are especially sensitive towards flaws of packet switching technologies. This article discusses the principles of construction of telecommunication networks through implementation of consolidated solutions to minimize the negative effects of packet technology.
