Experiences reviewing scientific C++ code

In this paper I present several issues related to the use of C++ in scientific code, drawing from my experience reviewing large bodies of such code for the Fermilab community, especially for the CDF and DO/ experiments at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory.
