Many research explained that the most influence factor to develop innovation and creativity in the human life is psychomotor domain. Unfortunately, the technologies for training specifically human psychomotor domain are not discussed intensively. One of the technologies that has been developed is application in the form of games with webcam tools. Webcam technologies have a limitation cannot interact with the 3D space. We propose a game of psychomotor development using Leap Motion Technology. This technology has ability to interact with the 3D space. Skeletal tracking methods to identify and detect bone and finger on the human hand will be implemented. This research has an accuracy rate of 96.5% for detecting human hand with Leap Motion device. This technology overcome the noise generated by sunlight. Distance tolerance between the user's hand is 20 to 50 cm above the Leap Motion device.
